ACR/EULAR 2010 Rheumatoid Arthritis Classification Criteria
Diagnoses rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in patients with undifferentiated inflammatory synovitis.
INSTRUCTIONS
Use in patients who have at least one swollen joint and no better explanation for synovitis.
When to Use
1 large joint
02-10 large joints
+11-3 small joints (with or without involvement of large joints)
+24-10 small joints (with or without involvement of large joints)
+3>10 joints (at least 1 small joint)
+5Negative rheumatoid factor and negative anti-citrullinated protein antibody
0Low-positive rheumatoid factor or low-positive anti-citrullinated protein antibody
+2High-positive rheumatoid factor or high-positive anti-citrullinated protein antibody
+3Normal CRP and normal ESR
0Abnormal CRP or abnormal ESR
+1<6 weeks
0≥6 weeks
