    Mark A. Hlatky, MD, is a professor of cardiovascular medicine and health research and policy at Stanford University. He is also a Fellow of the Center on Health Policy (CHP) and the Center on Primary Care and Outcomes Research (PCOR) at Stanford. Dr. Hlatky’s research interests include improved outcomes and cost effectiveness of cardiovascular treatments through the application of evidence-based medicine.
